In a further blow to the lottery operator's reputation, the Czech Ministry of Finance has temporarily suspended the licence of financially crippled Sazka, after the company failed to pay out CZK103.4m (€4.3m) in winnings.
The Finance Ministry said in a statement that Sazka only paid out a small amount of the CZK103.4m winnings due from its Sportka numbers game within the legal deadline.
