Shares in Toronto-listed FansUnite Entertainment gained over 22 per cent on Thursday as the company announced a US$37.5 million deal to sell its US betting and gaming affiliate business.
The agreement will see FansUnite dispose of its last operating business, FansUS, following the sale of the source code to its Chameleon platform and the sale of its McBookie online betting brand in 2023.
