Australia’s BlueBet Holdings has completed its merger with rival betting operator betr, with the two businesses set to be integrated prior to the start of the Australian Spring Racing Carnival in October.
Following an initial agreement in April, BlueBet has now issued 265,389,465 fully paid ordinary shares to betr’s shareholders in consideration for the acquisition, equating to approximately 47.2 per cent of BlueBet’s total share capital.
