Mumbai-listed casual and esports gaming operator Nazara Technologies has acquired a major stake in Moonshine Technology, operator of the PokerBaazi iGaming brand.
Nazara has acquired a 47.7 per cent stake in Moonshine Technology for INR 832 crores (approx. US$99.0 million) and will invest a further INR 150 crores (approx. $17.9 million) in primary capital via compulsory convertible preference shares.
