Washington DC’s sports betting dropped by 21 per cent to $11.0 million in April, a transitional month in which FanDuel replaced GambetDC as the DC Lottery’s betting brand.
The new FanDuel app officially went live on 15 April and FanDuel’s wagers in the month were $550,751, a fall of 20 per cent.
GambetDC had wagers of $3.5 million in the partial month before it was closed, a fall a 41 per cent year-on-year.
