Denmark’s gambling revenue fell by 3 per cent to DKK570.6 million (€76.5 million) in May, led by a decline in sports betting.
Sports betting revenue dropped by 21 per cent year-on-year to DKK164.4 million, of which DKK110.8 million came from mobile betting and DKK27.1 million came from desktop activity.
Retail betting in Denmark was down by 54 per cent to DKK26.5 million, as the sector’s retail woes continued.
