Cyprus achieved record quarterly sports betting win of €36.1 million in the first quarter of 2024, a rise of 8 per cent year-on-year.
Total bets in the first quarter amounted to €321.5 million, with online sports betting up by 24 per cent to a new quarterly high of €236.8 million.
Gross win from online betting was also at a quarterly high, climbing by 14 per cent to €20.9 million.
