The Lottery Corporation has reported a 14 per cent increase in revenue to just under AUD$4 billion for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2024, driven by record high active registered customers of 4.75 million.
Revenue from Lotteries rose 15 per cent year-on-year to $3.71 billion, benefiting from favourable jackpot outcomes, including February’s record $200 million Powerball jackpot, modelled as approximately a one-in-seven-year event.
