Virginia’s three casinos posted a 15 per cent rise in gaming revenue to $63.1 million in August, the best monthly performance since March.
There were 3,109 slot machines and 150 gaming tables in operation across Virginia’s casinos during the month.
Slot machine revenue increased by 20 per cent to $48.1 million, but table gaming fell by 1 per cent year-on-year to $15.0 million.
