Betway-owner Super Group has initiated a dividend program and declared its first cash dividend on its ordinary shares.
The first dividend of $0.10 per share will be payable on 17 July to all shareholders of record at the close of business on 8 July.
Super Group intends to pay regular dividends of at least $0.10 per share annually, subject to approval from the company's Board of Directors and other potentially advantageous use of funds.
