Octoplay secures approval in Greece; goes live in Denmark

Octoplay has further expanded its regulated market presence in Europe after securing a new licence in Greece and entering Denmark for the first time.

The licence from the Hellenic Gaming Commission builds on Octoplay's recent regulatory approvals in the United Kingdom, Ontario, Sweden and Romania.

“Securing the Greek license is a significant step in our growth strategy to provide our games to operators in all regulated markets,” said Octoplay CEO Carl Ejlertsson.

The casino games supplier has also entered Denmark’s regulated iGaming market through a partnership with platform provider Bejoynd.

“We are incredibly excited as we become the first in Denmark to go live with Octoplay's cutting-edge products on our iGaming platform, BE Core,” the company said in a statement. “Together, Octoplay and Bejoynd are setting a new standard for iGaming excellence, bringing fresh, exciting options to the Danish market.

“Our joint efforts will deliver an amazing entertainment experience and new ways to engage players across the region.”
