Swedish gambling regulator Spelinspektionen has issued a warning and a penalty fee of SEK7 million to licensed operator Kanon Gaming over shortcomings in its duty of care obligations.
The regulator audited Kanon (previously known as Yobetit), which operates the Casinoepic.se, Casinogami.se, Frejacasino.se and Lokecasino.se sites, to check the company's compliance with duty of care obligations under Sweden’s Gaming Act.
