Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has warned JOI Gaming that it faces a potential €1 million fine over the use of role models in promotions for the 2023 Jack’s Racing Day event.
The warning relates to an event in August 2023, when JOI Gaming used role models to promote its Jack's gaming brand to race goers.
