Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has released further information about the application requirements for the upcoming licensing process.
The regulator said Monday that while the secondary regulations to the Remote Gambling Act are yet to be finalised, the guidance will enable prospective applicants to make necessary preparations ahead of the start of the licensing process on July 1st, 2020.
