Bally's Corporation has pulled out of its agreement with SC Gaming to develop a new land-based casino in College Township, Pennsylvania.
The two companies have formally terminated their contractual agreement relating to the development of the Category 4 casino three years after the original deal was signed.
Bally's exercised its option to end the relationship, with its corporate strategic priorities having shifted to projects elsewhere, including the new casino planned for Chicago.
