25th June 2024 1:33 pm GMT

Lottery supplier NeoGames, now part of Aristocrat Interactive, has agreed a new long-term deal to deliver a complete iLottery solution to the New Hampshire Lottery.

Since its iLottery launch in 2018, NeoGames has provided the New Hampshire Lottery with its iLottery platform, games and various services through its NeoPollard Interactive (NPi) joint venture.

NeoGames will now become the sole provider of NHLC’s iLottery program as part of a new seven-year agreement approved by Governor Chris Sununu and the Executive Council, which begins on 1 July 2025.

“We are thrilled to be selected by the New Hampshire Lottery as its provider for a complete iLottery solution, helping to reinforce its reputation as one of the leading lotteries in North America,” said NeoGames managing director iLottery Chris Shaban. “With our industry-leading technology solutions, games and services, we look forward to continuing our strong partnership and playing a key role in the growth of the lottery’s online program into the next decade.”

NeoGames will provide a complete turnkey iLottery solution for NHLC, including its NeoSphere player account management (PAM), NeoDraw central gaming system for the sale of draw-based games, eInstant games from NeoGames Studio, in addition to content from Wizard Games.

As part of this, NeoGames will also deliver a new website, a mobile application and a loyalty program to the NHLC in partnership with Gambyt.

Additionally, NeoGames will provide a range of services, including marketing services from the NeoEngage customer engagement solution, delivering real-time and personalized enhancements, among many other features, to further grow the NHLC’s iLottery program.

“We are pleased to continue our journey with NeoGames, a proven iLottery industry leader who has been a strong ally and an important technology and strategic partner as we have grown,” said New Hampshire Lottery executive director Charlie McIntyre. “This new contract further establishes our goal of enhancing our digital offering to be personalized and cater to the ever-evolving iLottery marketplace and the needs of our players.

“This partnership also allows us to significantly boost player engagement, supporting our mission of maximizing revenue for New Hampshire public schools.”

Shares in NeoGames parent Aristocrat Leisure Ltd (ASX:ALL) closed 1.98 per cent higher at AUD$49.98 per share in Sydney earlier Tuesday.
