Kambi extends partnership with Rush Street Interactive

Kambi has extended its long-running partnership with Rush Street Interactive (RSI) to continue to power RSI's sportsbook.

The new multi-year agreement builds on a relationship that was first established in 2018 and marks the second extension to the contract, which covers platform, core trading, and risk management services.

“We are delighted to extend our partnership with RSI, a company that has firmly established itself as one of the leading operators in the Americas,” said Werner Becher, who took over as chief executive of Kambi in July.

Kambi’s platform and services power RSI’s sports betting operations in 15 jurisdictions in the United States, as well as in Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

Richard Schwartz, chief executive of Rush Street Interactive, added: “We are pleased to have this extension with Kambi so we can continue to execute on our strategy of pairing a market-leading sportsbook platform with RSI's ability to pioneer fun, new to the industry, betting experiences for our players.”

Shares in Kambi Group plc. (STO:KAMBI) closed 1.53 per cent lower at SEK116.20 per share in Stockholm Wednesday.
